MOTiV8 was founded to address a persistent flaw in traditional driver training: the lack of focus on how drivers regulate their own behaviour and apply judgment in the real world.

MOTiV8 programs are informed by over 15 years of international driver development experience. This includes a five-year tenure consulting as a Driver Training Manager for a United Nations agency, where we developed and delivered programs across 120 countries.
