Focuses on self-regulation, engagement and consistent application of safe driving principles to reduce risk linked to pressure, distraction, and complacency through theory, and, depending on module selection, practical exercises, and on-road evaluation.
Fleet - Road
A structured development program for fleet drivers operating on public roads. Builds awareness, anticipation, and hazard management while improving consistency in speed, space, positioning, and signalling through classroom and, where selected, practical and on-road evaluation modules.
Fleet - Off Road
(Oil & Gas / Industrial Operations) A specialised program for off-road and mixed-terrain industrial environments. Develops behavioural regulation, terrain assessment, and vehicle feature use through classroom preparation and live static exercises. Controlled dynamic practice and environment-specific driving evaluation are available as additional modules.
Chauffeur
A specialist program for professional chauffeurs where safety, smoothness, anticipation, and passenger experience are equally critical. The program develops: High-level behavioural regulation under responsibility and expectation; Precision vehicle control at normal operating margins; Awareness, positioning, and space management in complex environments. Development emphasises professionalism, judgement, and consistency rather than speed or performance, supporting both client safety and comfort.
VIP - Security
(Vehicle Operation Only) A driver development program supporting VIP transportation where discretion, anticipation, and risk avoidance are essential. The program focuses on: Maintaining behavioural regulation under responsibility and pressure; Tactical driving principles and space management; Early recognition and avoidance of emerging threats through driving decisions. Development is strictly limited to vehicle operation and driver behaviour and does not include armed security or protective tactics.
CAV (CIVILIAN ARMOURED VEHCLE)
(Vehicle Operation Only) A specialist program for drivers operating civilian armoured vehicles, addressing the unique handling, braking, and spatial considerations of increased vehicle mass. The program develops: Behavioural regulation to prevent over-reliance on vehicle protection; Adjusted awareness, anticipation, and control strategies; Safe management of degraded performance margins. All development activity is within controlled parameters and focuses solely on safe vehicle operation.
Small Convoy - Security
(Unarmed, Vehicle-Only) A development program for drivers operating in small, unarmed convoys where coordination and consistency are critical. The program addresses: Driver regulation and decision-making within group movement; Safe spacing, communication, and positioning; Managing disruption, separation, and recovery scenarios. Development is limited to vehicle operation and convoy driving principles and excludes any armed or tactical security instruction.
